This rail has multiple holes and comes with 3 screw sets. Multiple holes allow for great degree of adjustment. Fits on most M16 Style hand guards. Allows you to attach a grip, flashlight or laser to your hand guard. Slotted screw holes allow the rail to adapt to different M16 vent hole configurations.
