ACCURATE TACTICAL BARREL FOR X7 AND A5 MARKERS. Features micro-polished honing, linear porting and ported muzzle tip ensure accurate performance with every shot. Great barrel to add a tactical shroud or handguard kit to. Works with all paintball guns that accept the A5 thread (X7, BT etc.).

This is the 'Apex Ready' model. Muzzle is milled to accept the BT Apex Tip directly to the end of the barrel.

So got the Apex 2 and used the stock barrel. Not bad and especially in "flat line" mode it is a nice improvement over a standard smooth bore barrel.  Tried a RAP4 tactical barrel with an apex thread on adapter, led to lots of busted paint although better accuracy provided there wasn't any paint in the barrel.  Put on the trinity, damn, put an entire pod through rapid fire not a single break with the same paint I was busting at least 10% of with my old barrel setup.  Plus about 75% of shots were within a 1' radius at 25 yards.  Will be taking the Trinity out this weekend for some live fire but just based on testing seems like a great improvement for the Apex system.
