First off I fall outside that most category as far as size. I'm a 42" waist so if your under that you should be good. The belt only has elastic on one side so if you do manage to squeeze into it the pack sits uneven. I did have a fix for it though I just had some pile added to extend the Velcro and now it fits mad sits even. The suspenders are a must have with this. I couldn't imagine wearing all that wait with out them. If carried a full load with this thing and suspenders all day at a scenario game. Running, diving everything stays where it suppose to. Only down side why I didn't give 5 stars, is that the pod holders are lose fabric and have NO rigidity. Almost impossible to put an empty pod back after you use it. In scenario this is important I can't just go collect my pods at the end of 5mins. So my next self mod is to glue some thin rolled plastic inside each port to hold it open. Valkin did an excellent job on the pattern with out making real multicam.
