GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Processing Time
- Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.  Estimated availability times are listed on each product page.   Most orders received before 12 noon EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day.  Fulfillment times can vary based on factors such as national holidays or holidays when order volume is abnormally high.  Orders received on holidays and/or weekends will ship the following business day or the business day in conjunction with the availability listed on the product page.

Transit Times
- Transit times are generally listed next to the shipping method for your specific location.  The business day AFTER your order ships begins the first shipping day.

Rule of Thumb - Place your order so you'll receive it 1-3 business days in advance to assure you'll have it in the time frame needed. Do not wait until the last minute! The info stated on this page is a general guideline only and dependent on order volume.

Insurance - Insurance is built into the shipping cost.  If your delivery address requires special handling to ensure delivery contact us before ordering.

Signature at Delivery
- Orders over $200 or orders with a different billing and shipping address may require a signature at delivery. You can request a signature required at delivery by contacting us or notifying us in the comments section during checkout.

US SHIPPING

Domestic Small Economy and Standard shipping are NOT GUARANTEED services and are never refundable. The transit times shown are estimates and are normally accurate for most areas (HI, AK and US Territories can vary).  The transit times of these services are specific to your shipping information.  You can view the available shipping methods along with estimated transit times by viewing your cart and clicking Add Info next to Shipping Estimate.  You will then be prompted to select your Country, State and enter your Postal Code.  Your order and location may qualify for a 2 Day Express or 1 Day Express shipping method (not all methods are available to all locations). These are the only guaranteed services and the timeline is in 'business days' with the first transit day starting the day after your order ships. We've included a few examples below to further explain transit.

FREE SHIPPING
Currently, Free Shipping is available to the lower 48 US States (this excludes HI, AK, PR and other US territories) for orders over $49.  General transit times are 1-5 business days depending on your location.  If your order and postal code qualify for FREE SHIPPING, you'll see the FREE SHIPPING method available at checkout.  As a general rule of thumb, you can estimate the transit time of the FREE SHIPPING method by viewing the transit time listed with the Small Economy and Standard Shipping Methods.  Please note that occasionally items within an order may ship from separate  warehouses and the transit time may vary slightly.  If you have any questions regarding an order's transit time using the FREE SHIPPING method, please call or email before ordering.

SMALL ECONOMY
Small Economy is available for most small/lightweight items to all US locations.  To determine if your order qualifies, simply add your item(s) to a cart.  Click Add Info next to Shipping Estimate.  Enter the required information and click Estimate Shipping and Tax.  Both the estimated transit time and price will be shown. Small Economy DOES NOT carry a guaranteed delivery time, but you'll find that the transit listed is very accurate (HI, AK and US Territories can vary).  If you have any questions regarding an order's transit time using the Small Economy method, please call or email before ordering.

STANDARD
Standard shipping is our basic shipping services for all orders to all US locations. To view this method along with the cost and estimated transit time, simply add your item(s) to a cart.  Click Add Info next to Shipping Estimate.  Enter the required information and click Estimate Shipping and Tax.  Both the estimated transit time and price will be shown. Standard DOES NOT carry a guaranteed delivery time, but you'll find that the transit listed is very accurate (HI, AK and US Territories can vary).  If you have any questions regarding an order's transit time using the Standard method, please call or email before ordering.

2 Day Express
2 Day Express service will have your order delivered within 2 business days after the day your order ships.  We may use either UPS or USPS for this service depending on a number of factors like the time the order was received, the contents of the order and your location.  Please keep in mind that orders must be received before Noon EST to ship the same day.  Also, transit days are business days, therefore an order using 2 Day Express will have it there on the second business day after the order ships.  For instance, an order that is received on Thursday before Noon EST will have a delivery scheduled for Monday, not Saturday.  Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE for 2 Day Express on any order delivered on the correct business day according to these guidelines.  This method is only refundable if the carrier missed the correct 2nd day delivery window.  To view this method along with the cost, simply add your item(s) to a cart.  Click Add Info next to Shipping Estimate.  Enter the required information and click Estimate Shipping and Tax.  If 2 Day Express is not a shown option for you, it's like you are already a 1 or 2 day ship via the standard shipping method.  If you have any questions regarding an order's transit time using the 2 Day Express method, please call or email before ordering.

1 Day Express
1 Day Express service will have your order delivered within 1 business day after the day your order ships.  We may use either UPS or USPS for this service depending on a number of factors like the time the order was received, the contents of the order and your location.  Please keep in mind that orders must be received before Noon EST to ship the same day.  Also, transit days are business days which is important in determining the actual delivery day of your order.  For instance, an order that is received on Friday before Noon EST will have a delivery scheduled for Monday, not Saturday.  Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE for 1 Day Express on any order delivered on the correct business day according to these guidelines.  This method is only refundable if the carrier missed the correct 1 day delivery window.  To view this method along with the cost, simply add your item(s) to a cart.  Click the link to Calculate Shipping and Tax.  Enter the required information and click Estimate Shipping and Tax.  If you have any questions regarding an order's transit time using the 1 Day Express method, please call or email before ordering.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA)
Our international shipping only extends to Canada at this time.  We only use USPS (Postal) services.  The shipping methods available to your location will depend on a number of factors like order weight and shipping destination.  You can view the available shipping methods along with estimated transit times by viewing your cart and clicking Add Info next to Shipping Estimate.  You will then be promoted to select your Country, State and enter your Postal Code.  We DO NOT collect customs/duty fees within the cost of the shipping.  Payment of such fees may be due at delivery.  Contact your local post office and ask for an estimate of fees before your purchase.

First Class International
This method is an economy international method and can carry a transit time of
2-4 weeks depending on customs volume.  End delivery is performed by Canadian Post.  First Class International is reserved for orders under 4lbs.  This is NOT a guaranteed service.  If you have any questions regarding an order's transit time using the First Class International method, please call or email before ordering.

Priority Mail International
This is the only expedited international method we offer with no minimum or maximum weight restriction.  End delivery is performed by Canadian Post.  Transit time is general 6-10 business days depending on customs volume.  This is NOT a Guaranteed Service.  If you have any questions regarding an order's transit time using the Priority Mail International method, please call or email before ordering.

Please read the following International Shipping Terms and Conditions BEFORE purchasing. If you are outside the US, you are bound by the following terms and conditions. By purchasing at www.rockstartactical.com, you have read and agreed to the following terms.

1. ROCKSTAR Tactical Systems does not ship paintballs into Canada (excluding Tiberius First Strike Rounds).

2. It is the responsibility of all international customers to understand and adhere to any and all regulations regarding the importation, ownership and use of paintball related items in your specific location. By ordering, it is agreed that you have read and understood the laws governing these activities and are acting accordingly and within the scope of applicable laws.

3. Should an issue arise with a customs agency, it is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER to work with that agency through the customs process.

www.rockstartactical.com is NOT responsible for any item detained or seized by a customs related agency. ROCKSTAR Tactical Systems will NOT issue a refund or replacement on any order or item detained, either temporarily or permanently, by a customs (shipping) related agency.

4. There is a strong likelihood that fees (including but not limited to brokerage fees, duty fees, customs fees and international tariff fees) could apply to your purchase. Payments of such fees are required at delivery and due to the shipping carrier. These fees are NOT included or covered by the shipping costs associated with your purchase at www.rockstartactical.com.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all fees regarding the shipping and importation of any order. ROCKSTAR Tactical Systems will not be responsible for any package refused at delivery nor the shipping costs associated with refused and/or returned orders. Any item refused and returned to ROCKSTAR Tactical Systems will have ALL FEES regarding its return deducted from the refund amount in addition to standard restocking fees.  We will not credit fees you may owe at delivery.

5. In rare cases, some items ‘could’ be mistakenly deemed as a ‘replica firearm’ by Canadian customs and seized. These items are highly subjective to the customs agent/agency that reviews the order, therefore it is impossible to predict a delivery outcome for orders consisting of a paintball gun, paintball gun package or launcher of any type.  If you are unwilling to accept the risk associated with purchasing such items, please exclude the items from your order and purchase them locally.

6. By placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions binding all purchases made at www.rockstartactical.com.

RESTRICTED ITEMS
Due to US regulations, we are unable to ship certain items to specific locations.  Restricted items include (but are not limited to) Scopes, Mechanical Sights, Laser Sights, Flashlights, Rangefinders, Binoculars, Knives, Air Guns, Airsoft Guns and Gun Accessories such as Stocks, Grips, Hand guards and Shrouds, Rails, Bipods and Bang Grenades.

Restricted Locations:  Any country outside the US, US Territories, APOs and FPOs, Freight Forwarding Companies.

We are in the process of updating the product pages for specific items that fall within these restrictions.  We reserve the right to remove an item from an order or cancel any order that contains any restricted item.
