When it comes to bipods, it doesn't get much tougher than this one.  The Super Duty Op ipod features full metal construction with dual mounting capabilities for  Swivel stud mounting or normal picatinny rail mounting.  5 position leg adjustment extends from 5.5" to 8.0".  Hard rubber foot pads keep the legs from slipping when in contact with surface.   Tough springs provide for controlled fold-up.
