Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition within 30 Days by using the following instructions:

  1. Please include all original contents (packaging, parts, instructions and warrantee information) with your return.  Original contents also include any promotional items included in your order.  Any item returned used or missing original contents will be subject to additional fees.

  2. All returns must have a Return Number and be accompanied by a completed Return Form. Please use the method below that applies to you.

    CUSTOMERS WITH A REGISTERED ACCOUNT:
    Login to your account.
    Go to Completed Orders.
    Click Return Item(s) next to the Item(s).
    Fill out the request form.
    Click Submit Request Form.

    You will receive an email shortly with your Return Number along with instructions for completing your return.


    CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED AS A GUEST (no website login)

    You must contact us via email (admin@rockstartactical.com) or phone for a Return Number.

    You can Download A Return Form Here.  Please let us know if you would like a store credit or a refund.  If you are returning an item from an order consisting of multiple items, please make a copy of the invoice and keep it for your records.  You may need it for future warranty claims on the items not being returned.  Please write the return number on the outside of your return box.

Please ship the item US Mail, UPS or FEDEX.  Please insure your return for the full value of the item.  The 30-Day Return Policy return period starts the day your item is delivered.

Return for Store Credit
Are there restocking fees on a return for Store Credit?  Absolutely not!  The item being returned must be in its original, unused condition.  Instructions for Store Credit are located on the return form.  You will be notified via email that a credit has been applied to your account.

Return for Refund
There is a 10% restocking fee on all items returned for refund. Charging this fee allows us to keep our prices as low as possible and still accept returns for refund.  Instructions for a refund are located on the return form.

Defective Merchandise Returns
We only offer the highest quality products. All items are inspected before shipping.  Occasionally an item may be defective from the manufacturer or possibly damaged during shipping.  Most manufacturers such as Empire and MILSIG require that you return the defective product directly to them for warranty service or replacement.  We will not accept returns on defective merchandise from manufacturers that require us to allow them to handle warranty or repairs.  Items that break during use are not considered defective upon receipt. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for a warranty claim.  An item claimed to be defective that is returned showing obvious signs of use will be considered a used merchandise return (see below).

Paintballs Returns
We make every effort to ship paint as carefully as possibly.  Every case of paint is checked before packing and shipping.  Although we will not ship broken paintballs, it is impossible for us to guarantee that paintballs will arrive in the condition they left our shipping center.  Unfortunately, our 30-Day Return Policy does not extend to paintball purchases.

Used Merchandise Returns
We do not accept used merchandise returns.  Used merchandise returned to us will either be returned to the owner at the his or her expense or subject to restocking fees deemed appropriate upon inspection.

Estimated Credit and Refund Times
Refunds and credits are issued only after your return is received and inspected by our office.  Credit card and PayPal refunds usually appear in the customer's account within 2-3 business days.  Due to the availablity of some products, we do not typcially make exchanges.  In order to exchange for another product or size, simply request a store credit.  You can use the store credit towards the purchase of the new item or size and you'll receive the full value of the item without restocking fees.  Credits normally happen within 1-3 business days of receiving your return.  You will be notified via email that your return has been processed.  You can also login to your account to view a store credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason. All returns shipped COD will be refused.
