Account Update Instructions

Well hello there....

If you can't tell, we've launched a brand new version of!  We've put in a lot of work over the past few months and we hope you find the new design and functionality more enjoyable and an easier place to shop.

Because we are on a new platform, there are a few points we want to make clear which should resolve any initial confusion.

1.  For security reasons, we've expired all previous account passwords.  To reset your password, just click the 'Sign-In' link at the top right of the header.  Click the 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD' Link and enter your email address on the next page.  We'll send you a link to reset your password and you can then visit your website account.  Here is a quick-link to the Password Reset Page.

2.  If you do not receive instructions for resetting your password, it means that you may have purchased from us in the past as a 'Guest' in which you chose not to create a previous account.  In this case, just click the 'Create an Account' link at the top right of the header and follow the instructions on the next page. Here is a quick-link to the Account Creation Page.  You CANNOT re-register an email address that is already attached to an existing account.

You don't need an account to purchase from us.  You can checkout as a guest but we will need your email to send you order and shipping confirmations.  If you try to checkout as a guest and you use an email that is already registered with an account, you will get an error message.  Please reset your password using the instructions above.  You can always contact us to delete your account if you wish not to have one.

3.  You will notice that your previous orders are not in your account within the new system. They have been archived.  If you need an invoice or info regarding a previous order, just call or email us.

4.  If you had an existing store credit/gift certificate, you'll find it within your account.  It can automatically be used during a future purchase.  You no longer need your gift certificate code as long as you are logged into your account before entering checkout.

5.  If you have any problems at all, simply ask!  On weekends, just send us an email at or call us weekdays at 412.415.0575.
